Executive coaching for leaders & organizations
Leadership gets more complex.
Growth must go deeper.
I help accomplished leaders examine the patterns that shape how they lead—and develop the clarity, range, and judgment their next chapter requires.

Depth of practice.
Breadth of perspective.
& applied positive psychology
When success asks more of you
A bigger role calls for
a broader way of leading.
The habits that helped a leader succeed can become harder to rely on as the stakes, relationships, and responsibilities change.
Working harder. Having the answer. Staying close to every detail. Each can be valuable. Each can also limit what becomes possible next.
Coaching creates room to notice those patterns, question assumptions, and practice a more deliberate response to the challenges that matter.
01 / Executive coaching
Deeper reflection.
Practical change.
Individual coaching grounded in the leader’s real work, relationships, and organizational context.
Step into greater responsibility
Navigate a transition, broaden your perspective, and decide where your leadership will make the greatest difference.
Lead through complexity
Work with competing priorities, strengthen your influence, and approach difficult conversations with greater clarity.
Change the patterns
that hold you back
Explore what drives overwork, over-involvement, or the need to have every answer—and experiment with a more sustainable way to lead.
For HR, Talent & organizational sponsors
Personal development.
Organizational relevance.
A thoughtful coaching engagement connects the leader’s growth with the work your organization needs them to do.
Begin with context
Understand what matters.
Explore the leader’s situation, the sponsor’s priorities, and what a useful engagement could make possible.
Agree on the work
Create a clear foundation.
Establish development goals and agree on roles, confidentiality, and how progress will be discussed.
Bring it into practice
Connect insight to action.
Use real leadership situations to test new approaches, reflect on what changes, and build on what is learned.
The coaching relationship needs trust. Sponsor involvement and progress conversations are agreed with the leader, with clear boundaries around confidential session content.
A thinking partner, with a human perspective
I’m Tom.
I work where leadership
and personal growth meet.
My background brings together engineering, applied positive psychology, executive coaching, and years of helping groups work through complex problems.
I bring an engineer’s curiosity about how things work—and a coach’s attention to the person doing the leading.
Our work can be reflective and challenging, but it stays connected to your decisions, your relationships, and the way you show up every day.
My work spans executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational workshops, including work with Google.
My training in strengths and somatic coaching helps us explore what you do well, notice how pressure shows up in your body, and practice a more grounded, deliberate response.

02 / Workshops & facilitation
Develop the leader.
Strengthen the team.
Sometimes the work needs a roomful of people. I design and facilitate practical experiences that help leaders communicate more effectively, teams work better together, and groups make progress on shared challenges.
Design thinking and creative problem-solving remain part of that toolkit—used where they serve the work.
